We are looking for a Customer Communications Executive to assist in managing the end to end customer communication programme and budget to ensure we achieve our customer communications KPI’s relating to Dixons Carphone Insurance.
Understand all communications sent to customers, approvals of all letters and review the content in line with the brand and maintain an on-
going track of volumes and budget
Ensure all communications are compliant and sent in line with regulatory SLA’s.
Understand the batch file process and on-going management of the reconciliation process of letters
Creation of letter templates
Support on various ad hoc projects
Maintain relationships with 3rd parties
Produce communication scorecards and packs for all internal and external stakeholders
Perform ad hoc data analysis as required
Identify lack of action and escalate appropriately, without damaging relationships with relevant business
Review and govern all the standard letters / paragraphs used in DC
Review and govern all letterheads
Implement and manage a return to sender process on customer communications
Track and manage invoices across the Regulatory Operations team.
Raise purchase orders for the Regulatory Operations team
Keyy Skills / Requirements
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written demonstrating the correct brand values
Ability to deal with numerical data
Ability to think outside of standard processes to find the right solution
Being able to manage multiple tasks / projects simultaneously within short time scales.
Basic MS Excel and MS Office skills
Basic level of knowledge with Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Eye for detail identifying trends and non-compliance
Operational knowledge around customer satisfaction, quality and loyalty
