As the Corporate Payments Business Development Manager within AP Payments, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deliver on a strategy to build global use of corporate payments.
You will be driving the necessary business and technical relationships to implement new and existing forms of payment; identifying trends and opportunities in the corporate payments space;
analyzing data to support pay terms and form-of-payment negotiations; and executing on business development opportunities including managing contract negotiations with suppliers and relationships with payments partners.
The successful candidate will have great people skills and a keen eye for detail, be curious and flexible, possess superior communication skills, and be comfortable working independently.

Key responsibilities :
Build and deliver on our strategy for identifying and implementing new corporate payments partners
Develop a payment terms / form-of-payment value proposition based on supplier characteristics
Establish a pipeline of B2B suppliers and enable supplier payment conversions
Manage expansions opportunities for Corporate Cards, mobile wallets, etc. both geographically and within business units
7+ years of relevant business or technical leadership, business development, program or project management, and / or operations experience in corporate payments, particularly global Corporate Card programs
Solid knowledge of and experience with the procure-to-pay lifecycle, payment channels, pay terms, dynamic discounting, and supply chain finance
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges; strong analytical and excellent communications skills, verbal / presentation skills, writing skills, and attention to detail
Proven ability to influence and guide external suppliers and payments partners, and internal stakeholders, around business and technical strategies in the payments area
Experience meeting and exceeding aggressive charge volume / contribution targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
