As the business is looking for a 'profile of a candidate' upon joining the individual will have a clear training / developmental plan put into place that will see them progress quickly within the organisation.
The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders across a range of departments on both BAU and high profile projects.
Once in role the candidate will primarily be working alongside the organisations core investment team with specific responsibility for the financial management of the budget and fund monitoring.
Specific responsibilities include :
Delivery of complex financial management and commercial information relating to the investments made by the organisation
Analysing and modelling large volumes of complex data to deliver the senior management team with the information they need to make informed organisational decisions
Delivery of improved and maintenance of existing financial models to project the cash flows of the organisations current investments
Production and review of budgets and delivery of variance analysis information to the executive team
Business partner with external parties who've received funding from the organisation to provide investment advise and guidance
Design, review and improve the organisations current financial processes and systems
Present financial information in a clear written and verbal format to stakeholders across the organisation
Candidates wishing to apply for this role will be either ACA or ACCA qualified and will have a desire to quickly develop their career in a commercial, forward thinking organisation.
The candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills as they will be responsible for presenting complex financial information to multiple senior internal and external stakeholders.
Further to this the candidate will have strong Excel skills as they will be responsible for modelling and analysing large quantities of complex information.
