We are seeking a talented, self-motivated leader to join our Commercial team and help VIOOH grow a results-driven and client service focused Account Management team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team shaping the future of automated OOH advertising while bringing programmatic trading into this impactful channel.

The Head of Account Management will be working with our most strategic clients in close collaboration with our Technical Account Managers.

You and your team will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building long-term strategic partnerships with our clients and ensuring that their experience with the VIOOH platform is transformative for their business.

As a commercial lead, you will take an active role in defining how our business and products evolve by representing the voice of the client.

You are a seasoned manager with strategic sales account management expertise, strong knowledge and understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, ability to foster C-level relationships and a passion for growing our clients’ business.

What we’ll expect from you

  • Work under the guidance from our Chief Commercial Officer and in conjunction with Business Development, Marketing, Implementation, Technical and Product teams
  • Grow, develop, retain and manage a team of talented Account Directors to deliver on revenue objectives and growth targets, while ensuring the right operations and business processes are in place.
  • Define, manage and enhance client services business processes including engagement model, pipeline management, training and x-team communication and collaboration
  • Either directly or through your team,
  • Provide service and support to DOOH media owners enabling business, ensuring optimum platform knowledge and usage and driving overall revenue growth for the client
  • Lead account planning for our clients while creating the conditions for business growth
  • Plan and execute quarterly strategic and operational business reviews to evaluate needs, strategic direction and identify growth opportunities
  • Influence media owners’ monetisation strategy and programmatic demand generation
  • Support sales efforts to upsell and cross-sell new products
  • Coordinate product feedback and ensure up to date knowledge and training of all platform features between internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Report on KPIs, market feedback, business forecasting and goals
  • Provide expertise across all programmatic trading models and platforms (PMP, programmatic direct, automated guaranteed)
  • Focus on delivering a world-class account management service
  • What we want from you

  • 8+ years of experience in similar roles, with a successful track record of reaching and exceeding business goals and building and scaling talented teams
  • Demonstrated strong strategic sales account management expertise
  • Excellent understanding of advertising technology, programmatic exchanges, digital targeting, tracking and related trading models
  • Experience of working with / for media owners and sound understanding of their interaction with commercial and technical partners
  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
  • Ability to foster executive level relationships and liaise with senior stakeholders, demonstrating retention and growth strategies
  • Ability to navigate a large organization but remain agile to the needs of a new business unit
  • Fluency in English, other European languages a plus (French or German preferably)
