An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Central Booking Office for the position of an Appointment Booking Officer.
You will be part of the Central Booking office, the post holder will be working within our phone and admin team handling inbound calls from patients and other service users and dealing with the booking office related admin tasks.
The main role of an appointment booking officer is to answer inbound calls from patients and other service users following a professional patient referral and provide an appointment booking service in accordance with the Trust’s guidelines and confidentiality.
An outpatient booking officer will also be assisting the booking officers with the admin processes associated with clinic bookings.
Provide an effective and efficient administrative support to the Central Booking Office.
Full time working hours are between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Part time may be considered for full days on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
