Integrations of new customers

We are the ultimate educators of Stripe. We partner with the engineering teams of new Customers to help deliver on the promise of Stripe.

We turn the architectural design into an Integration plan that ensures the customer completes their integrations on time with immediate volume ramp maximizing revenue for Stripe.

We turn the proof of concepts into sample code, that enable our Customers move forward. Integrations are done with such quality that they ultimately reduce ongoing toil and support load on Stripe.

We ensure the Customer can extend their integrations easily as they move to different services, payment methods and countries.

Engineering support for existing customers

Customers choose Stripe because we future proof their business. This is true as they launch new products, goto new countries or expand the scope of their existing integrations.

We are on hand to work with their engineering teams to ensure they get the best out of our products. We are experts on all new products that are being created by Stripe.

As we continue to build new software infrastructure (Terminal, Issuing, Radar), we are the ones who understand how our customers can benefit and help them integrate.

We help our customers build the onramps to our new roads.

Building out our professional services business

Up to now, we have provided these services for our largest customers. In the future, we want to build this service out as a strategic part of our business offering, adding revenue to the bottom line for Stripe.

This is a new and exciting step for the team and are looking for a leader with experience building out new business opportunities such as this.

You will :

  • Manage an experienced team of Integration Engineers and Implementation Consultants across different locations (Dublin, London, Paris)
  • Be responsible for the go-live and ramping of EMEA’s largest customers
  • Partner with Engineering teams of our customers to integrate Stripe in the most efficient and effective way possible. Work with senior stakeholders both internally and externally to remove barriers to integrations and unlock future revenue opportunities with our customers.
  • Turn architectural designs into quality integration plans that ensure customers get the most out of Stripe
  • Build strong partnerships between Stripe Eng and Product teams to ensure you are representing the prioritized needs of the customers in the market.
  • Manage the technical aspects of bringing new products to market. Helping identify beta users for new products (like terminal and issuing), removing blockers for the customers and prioritizing feedback to Engineering
  • Build out a professional services type business model, moving to a revenue generating profit center for Stripe
  • We are looking for someone who has :

  • B.A. / B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of direct people management and leadership experience
  • A track record of building and leading world-class integration engineering teams ideally in an infrastructure, platform, or SaaS business
  • A proven track record of working closely with user-facing Sales teams
  • Experience developing and taking to market paid technical services offerings
  • Product or business experience, in addition to a technical background.
