Your responsibilities & core duties :

  • Delivering projects on time, on budget and to a standard of service that exceeds client expectations
  • Impeccable technical knowledge of our product and its capabilities
  • Analysing Client needs to determine the most appropriate implementation and launch plan
  • Creating tailored implementation plans & Gantt charts to present at sales pitches and during the implementation process
  • Managing project planning and delivering the implementation of new client programmes
  • Attending client sites for meetings as required
  • Liaising with PMU for special projects
  • Training the Engagement Specialist in all facets of client business and requirements
  • Briefing the Client Support team
  • Acting as Client champion in Reward Gateway
  • Developing product knowledge
  • Anticipating and handling Client enquiries efficiently
  • Managing positive relationships internally and externally
  • Ensuring customer database (Salesforce) is accurate and up to date
  • Dealing with on the spot change requests
  • Qualifications and skills you will have :

  • Proven successful client-facing and project management experience
  • Account Management experience with exposure to sales an advantage
  • Proven successful experience liaising with Senior HR Executives
  • Successful experience in B2B environment
  • 100% focus on Client satisfaction
  • Flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent product knowledge
  • Planning and project management skills
  • Presentation skills
  • The ability to react and respond quickly and effectively
  • Experience using CRM an advantage
  • Numerate and able to understand a financial argument
  • Practical, level headed and ability to prioritise
  • Adept at building rapport and dealing confidently with senior stakeholder
  • Great at building internal and external relationships

  • Video interview with our hiring team
  • Take Home Assessment
  • Final video interview with your line manager and a senior member of the Sales team
