Lead the Business User Requirement process with the customer.
Lead workshops and technical specification definition.
Act as Solution Owner on behalf of Qognify in front of the customer and internally.
Provide technical presentations and Demos.
Provide guidance to the internal Development team to implement the solution defined in the technical specifications.
Skills, Knowledge, Talents, Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in complex enterprise projects working directly with customers.
Proven experience in multiple customer requirements & technical specifications closures with very strong documentation produced.
Deep understanding of User Experiences.
Knowledge of integration standards (i.e. REST APIs)
Strong verbal / written communication skills.
Self-motivated, highly organized and team-oriented
