Rate of pay : £10.03 per hour

Further information : A compassionate and caring Personal Assistant is required to support a 9-year-old girl for two afternoons per week.
The girl is nonverbal and has seizures. She wears nappies which require changing, so a female PA is required
Your role will be to pick the girl up from school. You will need to give her a bath and her tea and medication before putting her to bed.
You will then need to watch her on a monitor for signs of a seizure. You will need to be alert, as the signs that she is having a seizure can be very subtle.
An awareness of autism and experience of working with children / young people with autism is preferred
An understanding of seizures / epilepsy is also preferred, although training can be given
DBS check required
Car driver with access to a car preferred
