Role Overview and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Director, this new role will be responsble to successfully run a busy manufacturing sales office, ensuring excellent service and maximum productivity is maintained.
In this role you will manage a team of 5 and there will be excellent opportunties to expand scope for a high performing Internal Sales Manager.
Manage a team of cross product technical sales engineers
Establish best practice use of Salesforce.com CRM
Creating, developing and managing business processes
Develop a high performing team, in line with the TT Way of Management
Cross functional working, ie. team work with other departments
Price and produce quotations for jobs with accuracy
Delivery of Agreed KPIs
Delivery of Revenue Lines to Budget
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
The suitable candidate can demonstrate strong people management skills, is passionate about customer service and building teams.
Furthermore we expect :
Sales experience, ideally within a small batch manufacturing environment
Experienced in managing an effective sales team in a busy office
Motivated and driven individual, confident in a management position
Excellent communication skills with colleagues and customers at all levels
Knowledge of and experience with SFDC or similar CRM package
Based within a commutable distance of Sheffield
Engineering background and / or qualifications
Full UK driving licence
Working Hours, Compensation and Benefits
39 hours per week.
8 : 30-17 : 00 Mon-Thu; 8 : 30-16 : 00 Fridays (happy to talk flexible working)
25 Annual Holidays in addition to 8 statutory holidays. Holidays can be taken per hour.
