Role Overview and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Director, this new role will be responsble to successfully run a busy manufacturing sales office, ensuring excellent service and maximum productivity is maintained.

In this role you will manage a team of 5 and there will be excellent opportunties to expand scope for a high performing Internal Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of cross product technical sales engineers
  • Establish best practice use of CRM
  • Creating, developing and managing business processes
  • Develop a high performing team, in line with the TT Way of Management
  • Cross functional working, ie. team work with other departments
  • Price and produce quotations for jobs with accuracy
  • Delivery of Agreed KPIs
  • Delivery of Revenue Lines to Budget
  • Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

    The suitable candidate can demonstrate strong people management skills, is passionate about customer service and building teams.

    Furthermore we expect :

  • Sales experience, ideally within a small batch manufacturing environment
  • Experienced in managing an effective sales team in a busy office
  • Motivated and driven individual, confident in a management position
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues and customers at all levels
  • Knowledge of and experience with SFDC or similar CRM package
  • Based within a commutable distance of Sheffield
  • Desirable :

  • Engineering background and / or qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Working Hours, Compensation and Benefits

  • 39 hours per week.
  • 8 : 30-17 : 00 Mon-Thu; 8 : 30-16 : 00 Fridays (happy to talk flexible working)
