Concept Life Sciences has a fantastic opportunity for a someone to join the IT Support function within Integrated Drug Discovery and Development.
This is a permanent, full time role based at the Dundee site supporting our three Scottish sites. The IT Support Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support to users with computer software and hardware problems.
This individual will respond to and diagnose problems, including problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution steps, as well as, coordinating an appropriate resolution.
The Desktop Administrator is also responsible for operational procedures for all local IT processes.
