The role with the Community Agile Pharmacy Service (CAPS) provides support to older adults and community teams based in Sheffield.
It is a fast paced environment, with the expectation of immediate support with clinical enquiries. You will have the opportunity to contribute to service development, quality and safety, audits, education and guideline / policy development.
Previous experience in Intermediate / Community Care is desirable but not essential. Full support and training will be provided.
The successful applicant will undertake a structured induction to the service and with other interfacing services as appropriate.
We welcome applications from individuals who are hardworking and motivated by wanting to optimise patient care and develop pharmacy services.
Working closely with other healthcare professionals you will be an integral part of a large multidisciplinary team, but based with the smaller yet supportive pharmacy team.
The service operates 365 days 0800-1800. Weekend and Bank Holidays are covered on a rota system.
