The RoleThe firm are looking for a Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor to join their growing department in Altrincham.
You will be provided with the support and training to help develop your skills in this area of law and there will be ample training from industry leaders within the team / department.
The role will include acting for claimants and defendants on IPFDA claims and validity challenges, drafting proceedings, drafting witness statements, undertaking disclosure and instructing counsel.Requirements
