XpertHR’s Customer Success team plays a vital role in proactively supporting all of our end users, driving their engagement with the product through a range of training and customer focused activities and ensuring that all of our clients are successful with their aims, objectives, and requirements.
The Customer Success team is at the heart of XpertHR and supports the success of our accounts throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding of a new account and / or end user, to acting as a contact point for all user enquiries.
The Position :
This is a key role within the Customer Success Team. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of our accounts and the End Users by ensuring driving engagement and building value from the XpertHR subscription.
A key foundation of this will be delivering training to our accounts and understanding the needs and requirements for our users.
The Customer Success Manager will support the success of our accounts throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding a new account and / or user, to acting as a contact point for all user questions.
Key Responsibilities :
To successfully support our accounts and end users to achieve success from using XpertHR throughout their lifecycle
To onboard all new accounts and new end users to ensure that they can make the most from their subscription, in line with their own business goals
To upskill end users via online training to understand how XpertHR works and how they can access the content required
To identify upsell opportunities where appropriate
Provides excellent customer service and ensures all clients queries are dealt within the required SLA
Complies with XpertHR sales systems
Reports to the Head of Customer Success on activity delivered
Knowledge / Skills : Relationship builder

Great time management
Able to build and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders
