About the division; Ingenuity

THG Ingenuity solves global and local challenges for its partners, including, Nestle, P&G and Hotel Chocolat by delivering a seamless, effective and scalable direct-to-consumer retail model by incorporating all the required components for global digital commerce into a single, digital platform.

This enables THG to offer brands access to every product and service required to launch and scale a global e-commerce solution through a single SaaS relationship, which eradicates the complexity and cost of multi-partner relationships.

Requirements

The SEO Account Director will have full responsibility of their team and their accounts, ensuring a seamless, end to end delivery of campaigns whilst managing and helping grow your team.

  • You will create, develop and communicate a robust plan for SEO for your portfolio of clients. You will be accountable for achieving visit and revenue targets, particularly across strategic priority categories.
  • Daily management of your team and ensuring that KPI’s and targets are being achieved.
  • Responsible for the achievement of targets relating to SEO visits, revenue and conversion across the website.
  • Upskill and empower the SEO team (and other relevant individuals) to make better use of datasets across the available toolset, driving action, improving workflows and market understanding.
  • Management of SEO budgets for a variety of clients, along with the ongoing management of these relationships and has the authority to add and change suppliers and third party partners.
