Description

Selecta is the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions and specialist coffee services.

We are hiring a creative Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Manager to focus on direct Recruitment and Resourcing projects. Based out of our Head Office in West London (Ruislip) circa 2 - 3 days per week, with a hybrid of Office and Home working.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract role (maternity cover) for a Recruitment specialist with a mixed role : partly focussed on headhunting / direct recruitment for senior roles, involvement with recruitment projects and implementing continuous innovation around processes and Hiring Manager / Candidate experience.

Experience of working in a business with a large proportion of living-wage employees would be a distinct advantage too.

The Role

You will provide support throughout the hiring lifecycle, with a particular focus on ensuring a direct recruitment approach by hiring managers at all levels and carefully managing our PSL alongside.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing direct candidates for defined areas of the business, including headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Leading on candidate attraction and sourcing strategy, selecting the most appropriate advertising channels for each job type
  • Contribute to strategic TA across the UK&I business, including attraction strategies, sourcing and selection methods, tools and programmes
  • Build and deliver efficient recruitment processes (using our TA system) and tools, driving consistency and removing roadblocks along the hiring process
  • Lead / Contribute to recruitment digital marketing campaigns
  • Identification and implementation of digital / online tools to enhance the attraction, assessment and recruitment of new talent to the organisation i.
  • e. automatic assessments, video interviews

  • Daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reporting
  • Develop our local Employer Brand strategy (including on social channels)
  • Coach and supervise a recruitment resourcer (previous management / supervisory experience not required.)
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as an in-house Recruiter, you should ideally have both agency and in-house experience
  • Evidence of sourcing candidates across various channels, using direct sourcing techniques (including LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Experience of carrying out comprehensive competency-based interviews and evaluating candidate suitability
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage numerous recruitment campaigns and projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of employment legislation
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
