We currently have a vacancy for an Administrator to work within our HR Department on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.
The role provides secretarial and admin support, to the HR Director and Senior Management Team. This role may require supporting other departments within the company, hence a strong customer service and can do attitude is a prerequisite for the role.
This is a role that holds a high level of trust amongst both employees due to the sensitive and confidential nature of the work undertaken. Duties will include :
Prepare necessary paperwork, formatting, typing etc of contract documents, policies and
due legal documentation as required by Directors.
Assist in management meetings, taking necessary notes and following up on action items
as deemed necessary.
Provide support for Director Management as required but also provide supporting
interface to other senior personnel.
Interfaces with various departments at the EMEA headquarters and with personnel
outside of the Head office to ascertain information as maybe required by Senior
Act as a centre of support for anyone requiring information or contract management, non-
disclosure agreement etc.
Applicants will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can multitask and maintain a proactive outlook.
Maintain a high level of accuracy of work and presentation, be computer literate on all main Microsoft packages incl. PowerPoint and have the ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines.
