As Quality Specialist, you will provide support to the Quality and Compliance function in varying areas including quality system administration, document review, internal audits, supplier management, postal audit responses, and supporting customer audits.
What You'll Do
Support quality management activities across product lines
Support customer audits
Undertake internal and supplier audits
Coordinate customer postal audits and requests for information
QMS system administration
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Minimum of 3 year’s experience in a regulated quality role
Knowledge of GXPs and quality systems
Proactive readiness activities with internal partners and external customers
Delivers effective and strong documentation to support compliance and certification audits
Must be extremely flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities on very tight deadlines
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience of engaging culturally diverse groups
Nice to Have
Understanding of principles of computer system validation
Understanding of best practices in security, policy creation and risk management
Interest in IT security technologies
