Job Description

The successful candidate will lead a sub team within the Global Asset Safety - Governance & Control team. The candidate will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with regulatory rules across a number of regions and for a number of business lines.

As a member of the Global Asset Safety - Governance & Control team, the individual will provide general technical support related to the oversight of the firms' operational compliance.

The role requires the development of a strong working relationship with various, globally managed business partners. The role demands the ability to coordinate, collate, analyse, enhance and maintain oversight over the daily CASS breach and CASS RP processes.

The individual will work closely with Senior management, Compliance and Risk teams.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years CASS experience with a good knowledge of the regulatory framework, excellent technical ability and banking operational background.

The candidate must be able to work independently, but also to work across diverse regional and functional teams and have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
