Contract : Permanent

Hours : Full time, 37 hours per week

Working weeks : 41 weeks per year (term-time + 3 weeks)

Salary : Grade 8 (Scale Points 21 24) £23,002 - £25,859 (actual salary)

    We are looking for a Finance and Operations manager to work with our team to :

  • Lead the finance and administrative side of our academy to ensure the efficient and effective running of the academy’s operations
  • Assist the Headteacher and leadership team with strategic planning ensuring the academy makes best use of all our resources
  • Assists the Headteacher with the effective management of the academy including marketing, health and safety and risk management.

    Interviews will be held before the end of August.

    The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification and will be subject to the relevant pre-employment checks which will, where applicable, include a health check, a DBS check with children’s barred list and satisfactory references.
