    You will lead the team in the creation of strategic partnerships with European landlords and financial institutions with the direct aim of assisting in regional expansion efforts.

    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, driving strategic relationships, executing on strategic projects and managing the team & individual work streams.

  • Drive and execute on strategic partnerships and projects, the execution being the agreeing of terms to grant space to WeWork.
  • Manage the team’s workflow across multiple countries & ensure timely execution of goals through company-wide coordination
  • Support the Regional Head of Real Estate and the Regional Head of Space Acquisition in goal setting / benchmarking, aligning functional priorities with regional business goals, strategic and operational reviews, and regional leadership
  • Assist in strategically expanding the business through detailed market analyses on supply / demand fundamentals, leasing and investment activity, demographics and economic trends.
  • Drive ongoing education on the WeWork business model in the financial and investment markets
  • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Ability to grown and lead a team with strong interpersonal skills and intuition
  • Excellent understanding of financial models, analytical but with a creative outlook
  • Good and established relationships within the regional real estate industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise needs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Outstanding work ethic and must excel under pressure working across different time zones
  • Motivated and dedicated self-starter
  • Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solver
  • Education and Experience :

  • Business, Finance or Analytical focused qualifications
  • 10 + years of full-time experience within investment banking, consulting, high-growth companies or private equity
