The Operations Manager will lead a team of circa 50 drivers over multiple operating locations, delivering safe, robust and effective systems and processes throughout, ensuring that operational controls are in place and managed effectively for safety, legal compliance, optimised customer service, cost effectiveness and resource productivity.
