My client is a fantastic and well renowned charity who operate a hospice, community services and outreach projects for grieving and bereaved families in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
We are looking to appoint a new Operations Director into the charity in a highly exciting role. The Operations Director will be tasked with implementing the charities vision to heavily increase their input into community and public health schemes including working with bereaved and grieving families to ensure they are equipped to handle bereavement and have the resources available to them.
My client wants to be a pioneer in their field by not just providing hospice beds but being a fundamental part of the community by working with families and relevant parties to be the first point of call for grief and bereavement support.
You will absorb the CEO's vision for this change in focus and will be crucial in driving this vision forward and bringing plans from paper to fruition.
The Operations Director must have the following
The role is a permanent full time post paying £55,000 - £69,000 dependent on experience and performance at interview.
