What you'll do
Manage the definition of standards of building services and all quality control processes associated with it.
Manage and co-ordinate external suppliers and internal stakeholders for the roll out of projects on the existing portfolio such as EVCs and infrastructure upgrades.
Taking ownership of the progress of projects and budgets.
Lead the design team responsible for creating the GB corporate building specifications, liaising with internal stakeholders and our external design consultants.
Managing relationships with external contractors and suppliers, including key suppliers such as Solar PV panels and Rapid Electric Vehicle chargers.
Presenting progress of projects to senior teams and large audiences.
Managing assigned projects plans and deadlines effectively.
Providing technical support to regional teams to assist with effective project execution
What you'll need
Degree-level (or equivalent) education in a Building Services discipline or Construction related.
Relevant practical Building Services experience is beneficial.
Experience in national roll outs is beneficial.
The ability to multi-task and handle conflicting deadlines.
Very good Microsoft Office package skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Equal comfort working within a team and on your own.
German speaking is advantageous but not essential.
