Working within the commercial department to support development of business products, services and relationships and new product / services for Sapphire and our new u-
mee brand.Includes tracking / processing of sales, development of procedures, product and internal documentation, billing integration, market analysis and reporting. Duties include :
Identify potential clients and converting them into increased business
And as appropriate within our current similar customer base.
Participate in pricing the solution / service.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Delivering and maintaining customer engagement through traditional and social media
Running digital campaigns to drive customer awareness of our brand and products
Skills Required :
A strong background in a sales environment with an appreciation of the Internet industry
Interpersonal skills to develop customer relationships
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good level of written and or spoken Spanish an advantage
Proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
Experience in maintaining social media pages / groups such as facebook and twitter
