Careermakers Recruitment Ltd are recruiting for 4 Paint Shop Operators based in Normanton. Their services are following : creative design, branding, large format printfull in house production, servic and maintenance.

The work is based at the company’s Normanton production facility.

Candidates must be of good character; basic educational standards of numeracy and literacy required along with a good standard of health.

Minimum Requirements :

Basic educational standards of literacy and numeracy. Good standard of health.

A common sense approach to problem solving and a conscientious attitude towards the quality of workmanship are the main requirements.

Previous experience within a manufacturing site environment would be an advantage.

Desirable Qualities :

We are looking for a reliable and flexible member of staff who is able to work shifts and regular overtime.

Duties / Training :

Complete various tasks within the different production departments, as required. Follow strict processes to ensure efficient completion of duties set.

On the job training will be provided

Requires a team player with good organisational and communication skills, along with a strong work ethic as well as the ability to work independently in meeting set goals.

Hours of work Monday to Thurday 7am to 3 : 30pm / 9 : 30am to 6pm rotating shifts

Friday 7 : 30am to 4pm

Saturday overtime 7am to 12pm / 8am to 12pm

Pay rate £10 -10.50 / h
