What youll be doing
Youll be building, growing and managing Cleos online community. Working within our marketing team, youll lead our social strategy - creating, managing and evaluating our output across all our social channels.
Using social channels and our community, youll actively engage our audience - sharing our brand values to support the democratisation of money talk and the reduction in anxiety around money management.

As a tenacious and savvy social media lead, youll be combining excellent creative judgment about what captures peoples attention with a much bigger, ambitious strategic mindset.
Leading our content strategy and organic growth - driving that growth across social channels and high level engagement
Youll demonstrate a unique ability to balance a creative mindset with an analytical mind - youll also be able to turn data into insight we can use to make decisions about creativity.
Creating a social-first culture. Participating in weekly idea sessions, knowledge sharing, masterclasses and trialing new tools and techniques and competitor analysis.
Driving out of the box thinking to interact in fresh new ways with our Gen Z and millennial audience.
Adapting to change and the rapid evolution within the social media landscape.
Supporting the Head of Brand in building Cleos voice and mission across the social media landscape.
Take ownership of the daily content schedule that keeps Cleo front-of-mind in fresh and dynamic ways to engage our target audience.
Owns social media reporting and campaign updates.
Collaborates cross-functionally, particularly with the campaign exec to manage and execute social campaigns and product launches.
Reacting in real-time to our audiences on Twitter and Instagram through sharing User Generated Content, maintaining our social Tone Of Voice throughout
Managing TikTok content creators to create viral content in line with our content strategy
Obsessed with new and interesting ways to connect with customers and brand fans, youll help us creatively boost our visibility and engagement.
Dont have formal agency or in-house experience? We dont care. We are looking for a proven community-builder.
Youll have built a pretty decent following yourself and / or are an avid user of social and a lover of content. Youre always signing up for new social platforms and figuring out ways to engage on new channels.
Youre a self-starter who is highly motivated, detail oriented and organised.
A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
A creative problem solver, who can juggle a million different things at once. Someone who constantly has ideas for how to make a campaign or situation more successful or efficient.
Flexible, adaptable working style with an ability to learn quickly and multi task.
