Based in our superb head office in Bristol city centre we have a great part time opportunity for an experience administrator to join us.
This role would be perfect for a parent who needs to manage childcare around their career!
What does the role involve?
Working closely with other members of the QAS team, your duties will be varied from ensuring that purchase orders are processed within applicable timescales through to completion, to assisting with ad-hoc reporting.
You will manage the invoices received and liase with the internal purchase ledger team to ensure a smooth process through to payment.
Additionally, you will manage queries from inspectors via the shared email inbox.
What skills and experience can I bring to the role?
First and foremost, you will be an organised and enthusiastic self-starter with previous experience in a administration role where you have been used to liaising with internal and external contacts to ensure a smooth and accurate process.
The ability to communicate effectively and pay attention to detail is paramount and a confident and pro-active approach is a must.
In addition, you will have strong Microsoft Office, analytical and numerical skills. Any experience of raising and managing purchase orders or invoices with the AX system would be advantageous.
