DescriptionOne of the largest Accountancy firms in the UK is looking for a Marketing and Business Development Assistant to join their offices in London.
Key Responsibilities :
To support the Marketing and Business Development team in all aspects of marketing and business development initiatives.
Coordinate email sends using email software software / CRM dynamics tool, review results and communicate to relevant stakeholders;
Update the company website regularly with news articles and others updates as required including adding / removing content / imagery and providing statistics for analysis;
Manage the intranet keeping it updated where possible, encouraging content owners to utilise the tool and encouraging staff to visit.
Work with IT to ensure it is fit for purpose, obtaining data and acting on suggestions for improvements;
Coordinate and manage print stocks and reprints of marketing collateral, stationery (letterhead, invoice paper etc) and promotional items.
Requires an understanding of the printing process, proofing, and organisational skills;
Have a deep understanding of and ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across the firm and when using external suppliers.
