They are recruiting for a confident individual who can combine the day-to-day leadership and management of the HR function with the strategic acumen to work as part of the Strategic Leadership Group (SLG) and add commercial value to a growing people business.
They are open to this appointment being a full or part-time role, and will be based at their head office in Beeston, Nottingham.
The role encompasses some travel within their delivery network so a full driving licence and access to a car is required.
The Role Reporting directly to the CFO, you will provide a comprehensive HR service which ensures managers and employees are equipped with best practice guidelines and processes to foster a high performance culture.

You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the people strategy, supporting and developing line leaders to effectively engage and motivate their teams to achieve company-wide performance gains.
You will apply specialist knowledge and experience of employment law and best practice to provide commercially focused HR solutions, advice, coaching and support.
You will develop innovative recruitment campaigns to ensure we attract and retain competent and passionate individuals who live their values, and work with the leadership team to ensure they retain, recognise and reward their high performers.
