You will :
As a Content Designer, you will help drive innovative learning & communication solutions, that fit the Digital First’ strategy of the Engagement & Learning team.
Take ownership for the development of a variety of learning and communication resources, across TV and Broadband. Ensuring that resources are up to date and based on stakeholder feedback and business metrics.
Design and develop on-brand innovative digital and blended learning resources that meet business requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the main business departments and other key stakeholders, to ensure any changes to processes or systems are captured and implemented.
Build and maintain strong relationships with outsource providers, to ensure excellent communication and consistent delivery across all NOW TV Contact Centres.
Work closely with the Contact Centre business partners and internal stakeholders to ensure learning and communication solutions meet the requirements of the business.
Work collaboratively with members of the design team to continually innovate and maximise what we can offer as an E&L team.
Deliver work to the highest standards of practice within the Engagement & Learning team, ensuring it has the best reputation for quality, service, creativity and impact.
Continuously develop own expertise, professionalism and credibility in the field of training design and development, both inside and outside the business.
You’ll have :
Strong visual design and writing skills, with the ability to produce a varied range of digital resources; from written articles to infographics and videos.
Utilising Adobe Creative Cloud throughout the design process.
Ability to recommend innovative solutions to identified training and communication needs. Ability to capture the key facts and translate them into simple and effective learning and communication resources.
Skilled ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and plan ahead, with proven experience understanding the life cycle of a successful project.
Excellent attention to detail with design standards and creating content that is on-brand and well planned out.
Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced change.
