We have a great opportunity available for an individual to join a large international business, recognised as one of the fastest growing companies in their industry, based in Thirsk.

Our client is currently seeking an Administrator to work within their dedicated team and are hoping to secure someone that is seeking a long term career and who can provide an outstanding level of input every day.

As the successful Administrator your duties will include :

  • Answer queries via phone and email then filter where required
  • Raising pick lists for the warehouse
  • Main point of contact for any enquires
  • General administration duties such as; photocopying and filing etc
  • Keep internal system up to date
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties where required
  • Processing invoices and orders
  • Liaise between a number of different departments in the business
  • Data input / management
  • Skills :

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised with a high attention to detail
  • A full UK driving licence due to limited transport links
  • As the Administrator you will be offered an annual salary of up to £22,000, working Monday to Friday with a choice of shift pattern.
