As a Principal Product Manager for Programmable Voice, you will work alongside other Product Owners in the Voice portfolio.

You'll conceive and develop innovative solutions that drive demand for our Voice services. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.

In your role as a Product Manager you will be the product expert that the Engineering, Sales & Marketing team will rely on for your target customers' needs and your competition gaps.

Own and maintain the product roadmap for the Voice Products Formulate the strategy, concepts, product requirements and use cases for Voice Document development requirements for, and work with the Engineering team to build deliverables Actively collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance & Legal colleagues to design and implement the best solution to achieve business goals Proactively identify and manage dependencies with other product teams Assist in driving the go to market strategy for new products and features and help manage the cross-

functional implementation of the plan Be the subject matter expert for our customers supporting them all from long tail developers to enterprise, understand their buying criteria Understand how the competition compares against Nexmo’s products and positioning in order to drive product strategy Contribute to the selection of partners required to deliver some of our Voice Products Meet customers, prospects and partners regularly to incubate ideas and validate product choices Integrate customer feedback and performance metrics continuously into plans Minimum 3 Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience Experience building API products or using APIs as a developer Computer Science degree or similar technical qualifications Previous software development experience at some point in your career Experience with Agile methodologies Very strong written communication skills Significant experience in delivering and executing on a product vision Proven track record in bringing successful products to market Self-

Aware and confident in the unique blend of technology, market, business and relevant domain skills you bring to the table and how you want to develop as a leader Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-

functional teams, and third parties. Ability to distill broad concepts and business strategies into structured product management / marketing plans.
