The role This legal 500 practice based in Blandford Forum are seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to spearhead their growing department.

In this role you will be given the freedom to manage and run the department as you see fit. You will not be micromanaged by the partners and will be given investment both in both resources and time to build and grow a department with significant potential.

This department currently deals with the following :

Corporate M&A

Joint ventures

Shareholder agreements

Private equity

Sales and purchases

Commercial contractsIn this role you will be working closely with the partners in growing the presence of the team. Confidence in marketing, networking and general business development is preferable in this position. Requirements

You will be a corporate commercial solicitor and you will be 5+ years PQE

You will enjoy business development and be ambitious to grow a department

You will have a good technical knowledge and an eye for detailWhats on offer?
