We’re looking for a Director of Music Partnerships to join our Content team and build relationships with the best venues and promoters across the UK.

About the role
The Director of Music Partnerships will define and execute on the music partnership strategy in the region. This role will ultimately be responsible for the rapid acceleration of DICE’s growth by securing new partnerships across DICE’s verticals, with a foundation in ticketing partnerships with venues, promoters and festivals.
Reporting up into the VP Content Europe, you will lead and manage the local sales team, providing them with the support and mentorship they need to grow in their roles.
You will support the efforts of the Artist Development and Commercial Partnerships teams in your region, and collaborate with the wider Content teams to deliver cross-border partnerships.
You have the empathy and communication skills necessary to effectively understand the needs of a wide range of partners, and thrive in build trusting and meaningful relationships under ever-changing circumstances.
