We have an opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the HR team for a 6 - 9 month contract covering maternity.

This post will commence in May / June.

We are looking to speak to candidates who have at least 2+ years experience in an in-house recruitment role and are ready to take that step into a more senior role.

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be the main support for all recruitment at Dermalogica. They will ensure that vacant positions are filled in a timely and efficient manner working closely with the hiring managers to ensure suitable candidates are placed in the roles.

Along with the HR Manager, they will also be the main contact for any third company parties who are assisting with the vacant roles.

  • Assist all hiring managers with the recruitment of their vacant positions
  • Co-ordinate and arrange all candidate interviews and attend them when required
  • Complete all administrative documentation for vacant positions; processing the requisition form, writing internal and external job adverts, screen CV’s and review and file interview evaluation forms
  • Offer and regret candidates
  • Complete all administrative work on Taleo (job application software) and maintain records within the system
  • Conduct Recruitment Training to new hiring managers
  • Co-ordinate and manage the new starter induction day at Head Office
  • Manage relationships and third party arrangements with external agencies
  • Manage relationships with external job boards in particular Indeed, and the company page
  • Manage the company LinkedIn recruitment account and company page
  • Prepare all contracts, (with the exception of the DDC) for all new starters, and compile starting paperwork and send out contract pack.
  • Seek references for all new starters.
  • Advise candidates, both internal and external, on suitability of roles as required
  • The post holder will have the natural ability to be a confident communicator and be a well organised individual with strong multi-

    tasking skills. They are a brand ambassador for Dermalogica and so should demonstrate passion for the brand. They should be confident in demonstrating the ability to develop effective and constructive working relationship at all different levels and be able to act with a high degree of autonomy.

    They will also be able to demonstrate that they work well under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in recruitment from entry to senior and management level
  • Taleo job application software experience (preferred not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills from the verbal to written and everything in between
  • Proven relationship builder
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads
  • Ability to work confidentially at all times
  • Excellent organisational skills with a pro-active nature
  • Strong IT skills to include MS word and Excel
  • A team player always happy to get-stuck-in
  • Creative and forward thinking / planning
  • Must enjoy multi-tasking and be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • This will be a full time position based at Head office in Leatherhead
  • Temporary contract for 9 months as maternity cover
  • Base salary TBC and 3+1 bonus
  • 20 days annual leave
