will include recruitment, pre-arrival tasks, welcoming students and leading a team of staff to build a strong learning community which embeds the decolonised, ethical and inclusive values of the School of Art.
The aim is to create an inclusive environment and substantially improve retention and attainment within the 1st year across Fine Art.
The successful candidate will be required to help devise and deliver teaching activities on the Fine Art Programme, and contribute to the monitoring, management and development of the courses, working in consultation with colleagues.
