We are recruiting a Finance & Contract Support Manager to join the team located in United Kingdom / flexible around EMEA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing excellent client reporting and provide excellent financial support to the clients Account / Portfolio (Finance Manager and their operational teams), through added value financial analysis and valued input to the operational team in the UK&I, DK & FI, but extended for specific tasks to the EMEA region.
Role Summary : Client Finance
Develop strong relationships with both the Client operational and Client finance teams
Understand the commercial model (GMP) and enforce governance and compliance to support effective execution (UK&I, DK & FI / EMEA)
Produce Client reports and provide value add financial commentary in their portfolio (UK&I, DK & FI / EMEA)
Work with the Client to compile annual budgets & quarterly forecasts (UK&I, DK & FI / EMEA)
Working closely with operations and commercial team to identify all possible savings opportunities and ensure that financial targets are achieved (UK&I, DK & FI / EMEA)
Support collation of monthly accruals to Client finance teams (UK&I, DK & FI / EMEA)
Achieve results within quality and time restraints across multiple locations and countries
Prepare accurate Contract reports in line with monthly company timetable including full Profit & Loss account with analysis and commentary, Balance Sheet extracts and reconciliations, detailed Project Profitability reporting, Profit & Loss forecasts, and annual plans (UK&I, DK & FI)
Support any GWS transformation and client initiatives, working closely with other functions to ensure full alignment of deliverables and results (UK&I, DK & FI)
Provide best in class Management Information to both Client and GWS management to include Actuals v Budget. (UK&I, DK & FI)
Liaising with the CBRE EMEA Finance and GWS EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis team to fulfil any ad-hoc information requests
Provide ad-hoc support and financial analysis as required
Provide direct financial support and expertise to the account
Provide added value financial commentary to support regular, standard financial reports, Month Ends (UK&I, DK & FI)
Review Client P&L results and challenge (UK&I, DK & FI)
Working closely with Finance Manager EMEA to implement tracking and analysis of baseline, extra works, projects, savings (UK&I, DK & FI / EMEA)
Balance sheet preparation (UK&I, DK & FI) and reviews (support for EMEA)
Provide ad-hoc support to Finance Manager EMEA as required
Conduct monthly formal Contract reviews
Constantly improve quality, service and efficiency
Working closely with the team to identify all possible savings opportunities and ensure that financial targets are achieved
Support compilation of CBRE annual budgets & quarterly forecasts (UK&I, DK & FI / EMEA)
Ensure finance procedures are adhered to by operations team, and take corrective action / escalate where required (own UK&I, DK & FI) (support for EMEA)
Support in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required (UK&I, DK & FI / EMEA)
Support creating account specific contract support roles / hub
Site visits and quality assurance (UK&I+)
Policy and procedure compliance (UK&I+)
Understanding / familiarity with Dynamics AX, iScala, SIZ / FMP, EDP and Cognos
Support seamless management of contract across multiple regions
Share best practice and innovation especially around contract terms
Deliver on customers expectations
Build trusted relationships with client finance team
Liaise with Contract Support teams around the business
Involve people and influence decisions

Experience Required :
Higher educational qualifications to A level or degree (or equivalent)
Excellent PC based skills, with experience in Word, Excel (including modelling), PowerPoint and Outlook intermediate to advance level skills are essential (lookups and pivots essential)
Organised and open to new ways of working to challenge inefficiencies
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and able to communicate with people at all levels across the account and develop effective relationships at all levels
Working in an environment where delivering financial information within tight timescales is a pre-requisite
Reporting in a complex multi-country, multi-divisional, service business (Industry experience) including financial planning and contracts management
Dealing with Forex in a multi-currency environment
Providing senior management with financial results and analysis
Demonstrable experience working with complex financial and operational information systems and controls in a large business that provides consistent and reliable information
Focus on strong focus on customer service
Must be willing to undertake travel as the role / business requires
