TV&C is a department within GOS that isresponsible for supporting Operations business functions associated with tradesafter they have been transacted across the Investment and Private Banks forSecurities The role will be part of the Operations and supports the Validationand Control functions of a middle office function. It is global.

Assisting the Regional Lead in the smooth operation of a number of business-critical platforms within TV&C Operations including but not limited to Transaction Capture, Allocations, Validation & Enrichment, Trade Matching, Confirmation and External Trade Feeds.
Performing Business Analyst Functions to identify & document business requirements as well as the documentation of functional requirements.
Dependency Management within & outside of Operations
Working in partnership with wider GOS IT teams, Front Office Technology & Operations business during all aspects of project lifecycles.
Measure and communicate progress against agreed benchmarks.
Leading the team’s delivery of the TV&C CTB work streams change program including regulatory, audit, mandatory market and strategic projects.
Handling project delivery within agreed budgets, timelines & scope in compliance with all CS policy standards and tools.
Partnering with the global TV&C team to deliver projects.
Working in partnership with PTG to ensure the global production environment for the Securities Order Management function is appropriately managed, handling 3rd Line support, critical issue and Incident / Outage Management.
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors as needed.
Document IT Test plans, UAT planning, set-up, participation & sign-off.
Develop deep understanding of all TV&C processing functions (as above)
Ensure successful, high quality and timely delivery of all committed projects to defined budgets
Ensure resilience and robustness of production releases through appropriate development and testing methodologies
Provide strong project leadership across the team.
Support the regional lead in partner relationships and demonstrate a structured and transparent approach to handling multiple client priorities, resource planning and delivery management
Demonstrate effective management of outsourced vendor relationships, strong control over delivery management and tracking to produce high quality results
Positively collaborate across the global team to achieve departmental goals of a standardized, consistent and simplified global architecture
Accountable for project budgets and forecasts, administrating via internal OnePPM system and reporting back to management.
Produce lifecycle project deliverables : Project plans (MS project / One PPM), status reports, resource plans, RAID Logs, Artifacts tracking signoff, Communication plans etc.
Produce Business Requirement Artifacts, agile user stories.
Lead Change Requests, Defect Tracking & Prioritisation of these items.
Driving quality Project Management standards and best practices across the program.
Responsible for alignment to IT project management tools and processes (e.g. PRB process, CS Solution Delivery Framework etc.) across the program.

Degree level education and solid IT industry experience or equivalent.
Strong Investment banking experience - with excellent knowledge of Securities & Fixed Income Products
Allocation & Confirmation / Client & Street Side operations technology (desirable not essential)
Great teammate with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
