Purpose

To manage all credit control activities for Eurocentres

Responsibilities

  • Resolve payment discrepancies with our clients
  • To issue credit when appropriate under our policy
  • Liaise with our Sales team on a daily basis regarding client accounts - Direct, Agent and Franchise / Partnerships
  • Prepare and conduct all collection correspondence through verbal and written communication
  • Input and update client accounts and credit terms on our client management (CLASS software) and accounting systems
  • To reconcile any account discrepancies
  • Qualifications, Skills / Competencies

  • Fluent English is essential; another language advantageous
  • Credit Control experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel; working knowledge of G Suite, CLASS, SAGE is advantageous
