Domus are working with a highly valued client to recruit for an experienced Registered Manager in Amesbury, Wiltshire.
The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the running of two of their residential provisions for adults with a learning disability and some complex needs.
They are paying £32,000 for the successful candidate.
They are looking to hold 1st stage interviews on Thursday and Friday of next week.
The ideal candidate will :
Be registered with CQC and be managing a residential service for adults with learning disabilities with an overall GOOD’ rated outcome.
Be a driver due to the location of the services.
Ideally have experience in driving staff culture change in their current or a previous role.
Have extensive experience working with adults with a learning disability and complex needs.
Have a clean DBS and have a full record of satisfactory references from jobs in the care sector.
Key responsibilities :
Managing all aspects of running the home including supervision of staff, rotas, care planning, quality assurance, training, budget management, finances and management of medication.
Ensuring adherence to all CQC fundamental standards.
Communicating effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
Training, developing and motivating staff through example and attention to good working practice.
