About this career opportunity

As a Global Reward Senior Analyst in the Global People team, you can expect to get involved in a broad range of reward activity as we deliver our cyclical processes and transform reward to ensure we position ourselves well in the marketplaces in which we operate.

You will work closely with reward and People team colleagues and the business globally to deliver in a timely manner. You must be able to communicate effectively at all levels and have the ability and confidence to check and challenge assumptions.

A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential alongside managing a broad range of tasks. You must have a passion for your subject-area and a real desire for improvement and excellence.

  • You will support the development and delivery of global reward processes including the global pay review; payment of Profit Share;
  • pay budget setting; director salary review; governance reporting. This may include :

  • Leading workstreams and coordinating delivery,
  • Designing and completing complex analysis,
  • Upskilling others,
  • Ensuring accurate and timely implementation,
  • Managing resolution of issues, and
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, communications and end-user experience.
  • You will make an impact in this role by :

  • Support the development of new reward principles and operating standards and the transition of these into new ways of working including the impact on policies, systems and processes.
  • Participate in projects, or workstreams within larger projects, such as the implementation of a new global people system.
  • Support the Head of Global Reward and the Global Reward team with ad-hoc operational reward activity as required.
  • Liaise with key external partners / suppliers in the completion of a data analysis, research and for the delivery of third-party products and systems.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of current Reward practices and processes, conducting research, including into external market practices, to identify opportunities for change and improvement.
  • Is this role right for you?

    If so, you'll likely have :

  • Professional Reward experience with expertise gained from consultancy and / or in-house roles with a global focus
  • Adaptable with the ability to multi-task and deal with complexity across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Data analysis experience and how to translate analytics into value-added decisions and actions
  • Excellent communication skills and able to explain complex issues to others
  • Detail driven with an emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture
  • Highly proficient in MS Office.
