Responsible for providing support in selling of ADI products and / or services to existing customers and in identifying new selling opportunities to existing customers.

You will complete administrative work associated with the sales process. You will utilize business knowledge to assess customer needs and enhance the customer buying experience.

You will identify and escalate opportunities for process improvement. You will provide support to cross-functional teams.

Drive business growth by closing sales. Identify possible improvement opportunities. Exhibit understanding of ADI products, systems, and procedures.

We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Associate to join our Birmingham branch. We are looking for candidates that have passion and drive to deliver outstanding customer service and sales.

Job Duties :

  • Build customer relationships to support achievement of sales and profit targets
  • Develop new customer accounts and lapsed accounts via proactive calling
  • Pricing of customer enquiries and working with suppliers to obtain support where required
  • Following up on quotes and turning into confirmed sales
  • Continuously improving customer experience
  • Proactively identify, target, chase and secure new business opportunities
  • YOU MUST HAVE :

  • Proven professional experience in a similar sales position ideally from B2B product background or another wholesale distributer we will equally look at retailers looking to make the switch or the motor trade or similar sector.
  • Experience dealing with customers on the phone and preferably making sales calls
