The successful candidate should ideally be able to demonstrate team leader or supervisory expertise in a busy bar / waiting-

on environment; a knowledge which is likely to have been acquired within a similar position in the hospitality Industry.

The successful candidate will be required to :

  • Take responsibility for the day to day operation of the Restaurant in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager.
  • Assist the Management team with the operational objectives of the business and ensure tight controls on costs are achieved in line with the P & L.
  • Ensure that all company Health & Safety, and Food Safety objectives and standards are achieved and that any faults are raised directly with the Restaurant Manager or the Health & Safety Manager.
  • Focus on service standards throughout the operation, and in conjunction with the Management team; continue to improve the overall professional standards.
  • Communicate effectively with all areas of the overall business in order to facilitate high standards across Ribby Hall Village.

    Availability :

    The position available is currently full time; the normal hours of work are 45 per week. Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
