We are a residential service for adults with autism, moderate to severe learning disabilities, complex needs including behaviours that may challenge, emotional needs, complex health needs and epilepsy.

We support people to live a full and active life with a focus on becoming more independent and learning new skills. Each resident has an individual activity plan tailored around their likes and dislikes to ensure that they participate in meaningful activities both within the service and in the wider community.

When you join our team as a support worker you will become part of team that is dedicated to provide the best specialist support and ensure people live happy and healthy lives, which we Achieve Together

Contract / Shifts available : Bank

Rate : £9.50 per hour

Your new job : Support workers treat everyone equally and with the dignity and respect they deserve : you’ll play a vital part in providing support that improves the ability to manage daily tasks and enable people to experience independent living and decision making.
