WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As our Wayleave Field Account Manager your primary focus is to open the Retro Multi Dwelling Units (MDU’s), across various regions in England, in order to unlock MDU properties so that our service partners can provide full fibre connections to residents.
The Wayleave Field Account Manager will be responsible for identifying target sites and engaging directly with Property Stakeholders and Owners, Building Managers as well as residents of multi dwelling properties.
You will be responsible for lead generation, relationship development and will also be responsible for updating the CRM system and providing detailed reporting to the Senior Strategic Manager.
As this is a field-based role, there will be travel required.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
You’ll have a proven track record in new business development, demonstrable negotiation skills and the ability to communicate with varying audiences, building strong working relationships in the process.
It’s important that you’re able to think outside the box’, using your creative and strategic thinking to generate leads and ultimately unlock MDU properties.
Knowledge and experience of Residential Freehold or Leasehold Property would be beneficial, as would an active contact base.
