Global Strategic People Operations Specialist - Governance at Checkout.com :
The People Operations Governance (POG) team is the central remit for HR global initiatives; processes, policies and advice.
These are prompt by situations such as expansion, legal and regulatory requirements, unpredictable times and risks.
Through working with stakeholders such as People, Finance and Legal teams, this role will provide process optimization, centralised, compliant, and risk minimising solutions to support Checkout.
com’s scalability in existing and new entities, big or small.
About you :
Overall, you are interested to be part of an innovative FinTech company and strive to review, engage, develop and introduce customised People solutions.
You adapt quickly to changing demands and eagerly take initiative to recommend and adjust practice appropriately. You can build strong trusting relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels and have strong communication skills when critically evaluating and recommending solutions.
What you will be doing :
Introduce relevant processes and policies to meet our aims of operational readiness and optimal organisational experience.
Collaborate with system owners to understand their functionality and incorporate it into HR risk and compliance inventory / analysis / management.
