As a Reception Supervisor you will support, motivate and lead the reception team to achieve the highest standards of customer service.
You will ensure the efficient and effective running of the shift. You will also have exposure to different departments with the possibilty to develop your skills and your career further.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist and support team members to ensure front office standards and procedures are followed correctly
Support the management team to meet department objectives
Handle all duties according to hotel policies, particularly conforming to cash handling procedures at all times and being proactive in resolving all guest issues
Train team members on new policies and procedures and manage their performance
Assist the team with check ins and check outs during busy periods
What we are looking for
Previous experience in a similar role and a good understanding of hotel front office operations
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Opera and MARSHA is preferred
A willingness to learn and progress in your career
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and can lead, motivate and support others
Someone who can keep calm during busy periods and be proactive
