About the Role About the Role

In this role you will administer Consumer Credit Division's Technology & Change Process and Governance Frameworks. You will assist in the maintenance of an operationally effective IT Control Environment and support the delivery of internal and external audits.

You will support the governance administration requirements of the wider IT teams and also effectively administer and operate a document control system.

This is a varied role in which you will gain exposure across our Credit Control Divisions three lines of defence and the Technology & Change Framework including change delivery, IT service management, service delivery and capabilities sitting within the CISO function.

Key Responsibilities

Team Support & Administration :

  • Web Portals ' Support IT Governance customers through the development & maintenance of IT governance web portal content.
  • Take accountability for the production of IT Governance and Audit meeting agendas, minutes and management actions.
  • Monitor and maintain the Technology & Change Process Framework to ensure that accountable and responsible stakeholders comply with Policy.
  • Support the agreed administration requirements of Technology & Change Framework Governance Model
  • Support weekly, monthly and ad-hock audit action tracking and reporting.
  • Identify audit actions nearing due date and notify action owners and the IT Governance & Audit Manager as required.
  • Preparing evidence and providing administration support for 2nd and 3rd line compliance activities in agreement with the IT Governance & Audit Manager.
  • Document Control :

  • Work closely with Technology & Change process stakeholders to administer and register the storage of all Policy, Process, Procedure, Guideline, Template and Form documentation in the Framework System, Document Library file store and Web Portal.
  • Document Quality - Work with Technology & Change process framework stakeholders to review documentation and ensure a consistent format and approach.
  • Document Standardisation ' Take accountability for the development and maintenance of standardised document templates across Technology & Change Framework.
  • Document Review ' Work closely and build positive working relationships with Technology & Change Framework stakeholders to monitor the document review schedule and ensure that documents are reviewed in line with published dates.
  • Skills and Experience About You

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Excellent knowledge of MSOffice Systems including MS Visio.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
  • Visio Process Mapping.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Desirable

  • Willingness to develop and learn new skills.
  • Experience administering quality / risk systems.
  • Background in regulated environments.
  • Experience of report production.
  • Knowledge of MS-SharePoint content management system.
  • Web / html development knowledge.
  • An interest in assurance, compliance and quality activities.
  • Desirable

  • A-Level English or equivalent.
  • General IT Knowledge and Awareness.
