Description & Requirements
The Operations department is responsible for the fulfilment of every booked OOH campaign and see each campaign from the approval stage all the way through to post campaign analysis.
They provide administrative support to the planning and buying teams and ensure all digital and traditional formats adhere to client specifications.
The Senior Operations Executive will work under the Operations / Buying Manager.
Manage the delivery process of your allocated campaigns.
Work closely with planners and buyers to ensure efficiency, making sure the correct and relevant information is provided and to resolve any issues / queries that may arise.
Liaise with the Finance department to ensure all campaign spends are correct and provide final monthly campaign amounts.
Run reports on Postman (Rapport booking system) as and when needed.
Be the team lead on either the Blue’ or Red stream and be solely responsible for major accounts such as Amazon or Sky.
Chasing paperwork and data from planning and buying and from external suppliers.
Data input of all campaigns for allocated agencies.
Chasing artwork progress and Issuing design instructions to relevant media owners.
Organising despatch of posters from the central warehouse facility.
Instructing suppliers about poster deliveries, design instruction & special requirements.
Provide Auditing data to buyers and planners when needed.
Reconciling budget with spend.
Desired Skills & Experience
You will need to have excellent attention to detail and be capable of managing your workload. The role requires confidence in communicating with people at all levels as you will have daily contact with colleagues and suppliers.
You should be a team player and not be afraid to get stuck in and help whatever the task.
Knowledge of the following packages is necessary : Outlook, Word, Excel.
Interest / experience in media is key.
Media subject studied is a benefit.
